The house is located in the small town of Okrug Donji on the island of Čiovo. The place is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a family vacation.
Due to the concept of the house, the house is also ideal for tourist rental purposes. Each apartment has its own entrance, so it can be rented individually or as a complete house with a swimming pool for groups of guests.

The house was built in 2006 and the pool and surroundings in 2016.

It consists of a basement where there is a small studio apartment of approx. 30 m2 in which you can stay while the house is rented to guests.
On the ground floor there is an apartment of 90 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room leads to a spacious terrace and pool.

There are 2 separate apartments on the upper floor. Each apartment is 45 m2, has its own kitchen with dining room and living room, bedroom and bathroom.
All apartments in the house have air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access, which is also available in the entire outdoor area.

In front of the house there is an overflow pool built of burnt granite stone, which makes it unique in this area and beyond. The pool consists of a bathing area and a hydromassage area with 12 jets.

The entire area is enriched with greenery, a beautiful olive tree and Mediterranean herbs.
There is also a traditional stone barbecue and an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs suitable for freshly prepared meals or gatherings of family / friends.

The house has been maintained and constantly invested in it over the years and there are no additional investments.

Parking space for 4 cars is located in front of the house.
